Find Your Grind’s network of mentors represent the future of work and the companies leading the way. We humanize career exploration by featuring real humans doing real things. Our mentors provide candid advice on how they got started and the steps to get there.

And we want you to share your story.

This isn’t your traditional mentor program.

Think of it as a virtual career ambassador, industry guide, and life coach all wrapped into one. You’ll spend a couple hours interviewing with our team, answering a bite-size series of questions that showcase your lifestyle, your career path, and the talents and ideas that got you to where you are today.

From that, we make engaging content for students and don't require any on-going commitment from you.

These videos are just a small sample of the mentor content we create for students. Each mentor interview produces about 15 different bite-sized videos covering a wide variety of topics.

What we're looking for

We’re looking for those inspirational mentors who can effectively share their story with students. We are also looking to grow our mentor and career network in strategic industries and would love to hear from you if you work in:

Earth (sustainability, agriculture, forestry, oil, gas, fishing)
Infrastructure (architecture, construction, manufacturing, production, cleaning and maintenance, transportation, wholesale trade)
Technology (computer and mathematics, information technology)

Step 1 - Apply

Fill out our form at the bottom of this page. Be sure to include a short video for us to see what you're like on camera as our mentor content is based around video assets.

We’ll reach out to you if you’ve been selected to coordinate some more details.

Applicants who have passed our initial review process will be contacted regarding step 2.

Step 2 - Schedule

Once we have everything we need, we’ll begin to schedule a time to record your interview!

We’ll get you a copy of our interview questions so you can prepare however you wish.

We plan on coming to you to capture your interview in your natural work environment. We’ll finalize all of the operation details with you and anyone else we need to loop in.

Step 3 - Film

Our team will conduct your interview on the scheduled date and will do everything we can to make you comfortable on camera.

Our interview and video shoot takes about 2 hours.

Step 4 - Publish

That’s it!

We do our editing magic and create a series of bite-sized videos that we publish to the Find Your Grind curriculum.

It may take some time for yours to get published - we prioritize all of our content based on student need - but we’ll keep you in the loop along the way!
